Invited by a main contractor? Stay free, take a subscription for that country, or let the main contractor pay. This is what each choice gives you.
When a main contractor invites you to a project, you have three choices: stay free, take your own subscription for that country, or let the main contractor pay.
Step 1: See what is free and what the subscription gives
Open your project from the Dashboard .
At the top, the left block shows what is free and the right block what the subscription gives.
Free: what you can and cannot do
You see the task list and the deadlines.
You send your documents to the main contractor, who submits them for you.
You add your employees.
You invite your own subcontractors and freelancers.
Locked: the steps per task, the portal links, the examples and uploading yourself. When you open a task, you see this:
Step 2: Take a subscription
Click View subscription , or Upload yourself with a subscription inside a task.
Your quote for that country opens. Tick the helpdesk if you want it.
Enter your name, tick I agree to the terms of this quote and click Pay and activate .
After payment you have access right away. You can then also run unlimited own projects in that country and add other countries later.
The price depends on how you are classified: foreign company, local company, self-employed or temp agency. It is shown under the block from step 1. Not right? Change your company's country. The helpdesk is available to foreign companies and temp agencies.
Or: let the main contractor pay
Ask the main contractor to pay for you. Once paid, your home screen says so and the project is open. You do not need to do anything.
What does the main contractor see of your workers?
In your project, open the Companies tab and click your own company.
Choose the Worker documents tab.
Click Share workers and choose who the main contractor sees.
Your workers are shared by default. You can change or withdraw that on a free account too.
