Notification via EasyGov — Per job and per worker, with the wage you actually pay; at least 8 calendar days before the start, construction and installation from day 1.

A1 certificate — Proof that your people stay insured at home; per worker, 24 months at most.

Pay under the Swiss GAV or the customary wage — Wage comparison per worker before the notification, then every pay period.

Deposit via the ZKVS — Many finishing and installation GAVs require a deposit before the first working day, once for all of Switzerland.

SBFI declaration for regulated professions — Among others electrical installation and crane operator; CHF 90 per calendar year.

Documents at the workplace — Notification receipt, A1, contract, time sheets and pay slips, from day 1.

Subcontractors and self-employed — Each notifies himself; you invite, collect proof and limit your liability (Solidarhaftung).
